    Working Out

    Hi Everyone,

    As most you know, my Type 1 Diabetes has really taken a toll on my body. March 1, I was 230 Lbs, today I'm 140.

    Most people dream of this weight, but I'm 6'2, and this makes me look like I have some sort of disease.

    My specialist and I have determined that the best thing for me to do is go on a very high protein diet and work out as much as possible to build lean-muscle mass.

    I subscribed to a 24 hour a day gym today and I start tomorrow. I just need your prayers that I will stick to this and do everything right--and not hurt myself.


    It's sort of life and death now.

    If you did it right, you should be starting to feel the pain right about now.

    Nice one Rumely

    I do Cardio daily, and Strength training every other day.

    So today was just an hour of cardio.

    And no, Im not sore. Thankfully my Doctor understands my intolerance for pain, so we planned ahead.
